Do I need to own a CLICK PLC to take this course?
No a PLC is not necessary we will test your program using a trainer we have. If you wish to test the program before uploading to the course for review by us, you can use any CLICK PLC. We also offer a discounted trainer to students once they are enrolled in the course.
If I already have a CLICK PLC does it matter which version or model I have?
If you would like to test your program before uploading, any CLICK PLC unit will work for testing. Remember you do not need one to take the course.
What if my program fails (quiz) do I have to repay for the class?
No, the instructor will email you with the problem. You can then correct the problems and upload the project for review again.
Is there a discount if my 120 days runs out?
No. The course is setup to easily be completed in 120 days.
Can I use this on more than one computer?
Yes, you can use up to two computers to do the course on.
What if I can't get my certificate to print?
You can save the certificate to your PC in PDF form and print it from Adobe Acrobat.
What does my computer need to run the videos?
Any web browser such as Internet Explorer - Firefox, etc. You will also need the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.
If I can't get the computer to run the videos is their a refund?
We have not had any issues with them not playing. We have had customers with outdated Flash Player. Once the customer updated the player they had no problem.

If I take one of your online courses is there a discount if I then decide to take your class at one of the locations.
Yes, We are offering a $100 discount to any one that takes the online course and then wants to attend an in person class we offer around the country.
After submitting a lesson how long will it take to get it corrected to see if I did it correct?
Lessons submitted will usually be corrected in 24 hours or less during the week. Sometimes we will be able to correct them on the weekend but that is not always the case.
How long does it take to complete the course?
On average it is taking six to eight weeks finish the course.
